FIT4MOM is for ALL stages of motherhood, and this program is for the women who have either outgrown Stroller Strides, or who may be back to work and are still looking for their tribe.

Sign up for Body Back, and be ready for awesome workouts, but also the opportunity to focus on YOU, and be inspired and motivated to live your healthiest life possible. Classes are specifically designed to work functionally with how we move and live as moms, The workouts are challenging, but know that whatever your fitness level, you have a place here with us!
