If you've ever dreamed of making it through the finish line but don't know how to get started, this program is for you. You'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and choosing the right shoe.
Spring Running Club: (March 26th - May 10th)
*Running Club is open to all moms and their families - you may choose to train with your stroller or run solo!
Wharf 2 Wharf Training (May 21st - July 16th)
Mark your calendars, the 4th Sunday in July is saved for the annual 6 mile race from The Boardwalk in Santa Cruz to Capitola Village. The race will sell out with 16,000 participants, and we want to train with you!
The Fine Print:
* Running Club is open to all moms and their families. You may choose to train with or without your stroller; but please note that Wharf 2 Wharf is NOT a stroller friendly race.
* Race Registration must be completed by each runner who wishes to participate in the Wharf to Wharf - information about registration dates can be found at: http://wharftowharf.com/wharf-wharf-race-2017/
* You do not need to participate in the Wharf to Wharf to join FIT4MOM's Running Club
