Body Back is awesome. FIT4MOM is for ALL stages of motherhood, and this program is for the women who have either outgrown Stroller Strides, or who may be back to work and are still looking for their tribe. Sign up for Body Back, and be ready for truly awesome workouts, but also the opportunity to focus on YOU, and be inspired and motivated to live your healthiest life possible. Classes are specifically designed to work functionally with how we move and live as moms, The workouts are definitely a challenge, but know that whatever your fitness level, you have a place here with us!

Classes meet twice weekly, and we have both early morning and late evening options. Each 8 week session consists of 16 heart-pumping workouts, a private facebook group to stay connected with the other moms, accountability, and inspiration! We'd LOVE to have you join us - are you ready to take the plunge? 2 class times are available!

  • Mondays & Wednesdays: 9am @ Jade Street Park
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5:30-6:30am @ Music Together on Portola

And don't forget, if you don't see the class time you're hoping for, let us know - we'll be adding to the schedule in 2018
